The Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) provides comprehensive workforce development programs that support the growth of its employees and help to advance the wastewater industry. Instrumentation and Electrical Apprentice Program:

This initiative provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the various operations of a Wastewater/Water Authority, covering areas such as physical operations, HR, administration, and finance. By sending employees to this program, ACUA invests in their holistic development and equips them with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

ACUA Leadership Training:

Recognizing the significance of effective leadership within the organization, ACUA has developed a one-day leadership program tailored specifically to its operations.
