Description: Join us on national ‘Imagine a Day Without Water’ day, as we tackle one of the most critical challenges in the water sector—workforce development. In this 1-hour webinar, we’ll explore strategies for creating and enhancing entry-level job opportunities. We’ll dive into how utilities can develop or improve skill-based internship and pre-apprentice programs to build a strong pipeline for future water leaders. Participants will gain insights into foundational elements needed to create impactful programs, hear from industry experts, and learn from real-world examples.
