The Water We Swim In: A Discussion on Water and Equity

Join the Water Center’s virtual Water Exchange Speaker Series at 12 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

This panel discussion – “The Water We Swim In: A Discussion on Water and Equity” – will look at the importance of pools as tools to help lessen the impacts of climate change on communities of color as well as to examine and address issues of equity and inclusion.

In this one-hour session, our panelists explore the connection between water, social justice, and public health and discuss the lack of safe access to water for recreation.
