The session will address: New Jersey’s revised Lead and Copper Rule (LCRR) requirements and improvements, Effective service line communication strategies, ⁠Traffic enforcement considerations for LSL replacement projects, and ⁠Innovative funding and financing solutions for LSL replacement Experts from consulting firms, and peer utilities will share the best practices on ⁠Navigating the New Jersey statute (P.L. 2021, c.183) and Federal LCRR/I Updates, overcoming challenges in identifying unknown LSLs and replacing customer-owned lines and Funding and Financing LSL (s).
